I'm just going to say it, I'm not a fan of the Marina. So, take this review with a grain of salt. We stopped by Bluestone Lane as an alternative to Bluebarn. Bluebarn was too packed wall-to-wall! We were HUNGRY trying to refuel after a hike in marin county. We strolled into Bluestone Lane and immediately the waiter greeted and offered to sit us...but then walked away and never told us where our table was..we eventually sat down and looked over the menu using the QR codes on the table. I tried to order using the QR code, however, it wouldn't let me customize my order to remove dairy (i'm lactose in tolerant so it's a big deal for me). I waited in line for a long time just to tell the cashier my issues and they seemed confused but took my order. My friend is CANNOT HAVE GLUTEN and asked the waiter to confirm if the brownies don't have gluten. The menu said the brownies were gluten free but he's really allergic so he double checked. The staff didn't know or bother to confirm. So my friend gave up his brownies to the rest of the group. My salad took came out well after my friends got their food.

The food?
Really good. No regrets on ordering. The salad was actually amazing

Would I go again?
Probably not.

Dietary restrictions: staff didn't bother confirming if items were gluten free

Very basic but tasty and quick. I really liked the fries which were thick pieces of potato lightly fried. The soft scramble on toast was pretty spicy. The bread was excellent.

It’s pretty over priced for the food you get. We ordered two sandwiches and a cold brew which came out to $31. I got a brekky sandwich, which was decent, but not worth the price.

The food and drinks came out relatively quickly and service was fine. The space was also clean and modern.

Overall I don’t see the appeal.

Love their coffee but please adjust your opening hours! I've come several times to several of your locations to discover that you close at 3pm. I hope you can change your hours back to pre-covid times of 6pm or 7pm!

Good!! Really great smoothie and excellent burrata and stone fruit salad. Server was super chill and nice about swapping out dressings for me and changing a few other elements around. Atmosphere is really bright and cheerful which is nice for breakfast and lunch times. We just moved to the neighborhood and will definitely be back ??

The coffee was good. The food left much to be desired, especially for the price. Very low tier mediocre. The aesthetics of the place is really nice, along with the packaging. Definitely will not be going back.

The worst experience ordering the bondi blue smoothie, it’s was overpriced and I expected a super cool smoothie and the presentation and taste was sooo bad !

Excellent coffee ☕ however the Bluestone team need to revisit the interior of this store. It's missing some key elements they have become known for. The Marina store just isn't very....welcoming. I've walked past it so many times and it never screams "come in and grab a quick coffee"!

Very cool place. The blueberry pancakes were some of the best pancakes I've eaten in recent years.
Very nice service and not typically American, you get the bill before the last bite.
Price was okay too.

I visited this charming café today and was delighted with the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and attention, making me feel at home. Now let's talk about the food. The Sunshine Burrito and the Tomato and Herb Egg McMuffin are truly the stars of the menu. Each dish is a delicious mix of fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Vibrant colours and aromatic herbs turn every bite into a culinary adventure. It is evident that the café prides itself on sourcing the freshest ingredients, as each dish is bursting with flavour and vibrancy. If you're in the mood for a delicious meal accompanied by impeccable service, look no further, this café is a true gem that never fails.
