Best Iced Matcha ive ever had. Super friendly staff, free Wifi and water. I reccomend the Strawberry Iced Matcha with boba (they do NOT spare with the boba) and the Mango Iced matcha
Great boba and a nice atmosphere. There are two tables with chairs so you can sit for a few hours. I also appreciate the bathroom for customers. The kick calamansi drink is tasty if a bit astringent.
This store is one of my go 2 places for boba and one of the best boba guys stores out there in the bay area. Parking is fairly rough however with only a few spaces and double park spaces. I usually walk here with friends as it’s super accessible and close to public transport. Drinks though are hella good. The boba is always chewy and their matcha is the highest grade matcha. I am going to be back trying more of their drinks. So far I’ve tried all of their matchas and the hojicha...
