We were at Bobo's twenty years ago and were amazed by the experience. Today I have to say, the quality has not decided. I am glad that it is still possible to find places that uphold their reputations through the years. The atmosphere in Bobo's is magical. The service is friendly and helpful. The dishes arrived pretty fast and in right order. The food was fresh, high quality and well prepared.
We were a party of 4 celebrating my friend's birthday on a Wednesday night, we were late to our reservation but one person in our party was there on time. I understand it was the end of the night; they sat us in a tiny corner table at the foot on someone else's long birthday gathering. The large party left right we got seated and it was clear the waiter was over it. He rushed us to place orders, kept reminding us of the time even though it was 8pm. Overall, my friend...
Wonderful meal. Filet mignon was the best I've ever had. Husband enjoyed the mussels, crab and shrimp on a skillet. His favorite. We visit San Francisco regularly. And always make it a point to dine here.
