Had the birria quesadilla and the queso and the Caesar salad and all were underwhelming. The plantains and the pico de gallo are great. The beef quesadilla would be better if it were served hot instead of lukewarm like I got today. Edit: had the chicken empanadas and same comment as the beef, this time they cut them into pieces and it was not hot. I won’t order the churros again, too much sugar and the chocolate sauce was lacking.

So glad I stumbled on this place. It was late and they still treated us right. Jorge the bartender was fantastic. Did the ceviche sampler. Aji de gallina was amazing. Don't skip this spot

El Dorado is an absolute gem! I stopped by after work and tried the Pollo Causa and Lomo Saltado, hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s tough to find those dishes done right, but El Dorado absolutely nailed it. Every bite was packed with flavor and clearly made with care.

What really made the experience stand out was Manny, the owner. He’s incredibly warm, welcoming, and passionate about what he does, you can feel that energy from the moment...
