I ordered quail with lentils, the quail came out overcooked. I don’t know if they cooked it in an oven or why exactly, but it tasted like dry chicken, which is quite hard to achieve with quail. It also said to "inquire" about espresso, which seems weird- never had to ask the market price on a double shot.

The service is nice and very attentive. They removed the charge for the espresso because the quail was somewhat inedible, but still a waste of thirty somethings bucks as I could pretty much only eat the lentils. I should say that they offered me something else but I was running late.

Some of the worse food I’ve had in SF recently.

they discriminate against Asian people especially those who are disabled. Kicked out my Father who has Parkinsons for sitting at a table for a couple minutes. The waitress needs to be trained better and not be so racist. If you have issues with race maybe you shouldnt work in San

They have very nice wood fired products. The quality of the materials is really noticeable.
Pizza&Salad combination was very successful. You can ask for help from friends who care about you.

The food was terrible and the service was slow. The eastern Mediterranean salad did not have all the ingredients that were listed on the menu. When we called the waiter and complained about this, he apologised and said it would be on the house. But when the bill came, they had charged us 50% for it. When we asked them, they were EXTREMELY rude. They said “maybe next time if you don’t like something, don’t eat it”. This happened just because we had eaten half of it and couldn’t finish the rest.
It was an extremely poor experience overall and we do not recommend it.

I really wanted to love this place but from the moment we walked in with our two kids It was an issue. The staff met us with frown on their face. My child touched the curtain wall, which I guess is unacceptable and was scolded by the server. The menu is not kid friendly at all. The only thing we could order them was a cheese pizza and we had to pick off the basil. When I asked if we could add pepperoni to the cheese pizza that was not an option. I asked for a pen for my kids to draw while we were waiting for a pizza, I was told writing on the table was not allowed. My wife had to leave because they didn’t have gluten-free items the server knew of. The manager did come over at one point and try to get my wife to come back. I politely thanked her and told her she is eating somewhere else. I think this place is great if you’re adults, and you don’t need to make any adjustments to your food order. Otherwise if you have children, I would suggest not eating here. The atmosphere and the snobbery was a little too much.

A nice sit-down casual place in the ferry building where you can sit outside to enjoy a drink and a meal. I had the Angel pizza with assorted mushrooms sautéed w/ thyme in olive oil pecorino fresca + sardo. It paired well with the Allagash Snow Report beer. Enjoy!!!

Had a light lunch with friend. The service was good and food was fresh. It’s a nice sit down casual place in the ferry building. The menu prices are competitive with other places in the city..

Phenomenal! My husband and I stopped in on a whim after missing our ferry. Everything about this place was just one pleasant surprise after another. We had our small dog with us, which to our delight was welcome. We were seated next to a couple who were clearly regulars and knew the chef and owner, and who shared the story of the restaurant with us. It was so charming! We ordered a light lunch- pizza and a couple of cocktails. I have to say the pizza truly made my heart whole. It’s been so many years since I’ve had a truly excellent quality pie and oh boy, this was it. I never thought I’d find something to top my beloved Lovely’s pizza in Portland, but this is easily an equal. Perfectly thin and crispy, fresh and flavorful sauce, and super high quality cheese. It was so simple and so perfect. The drinks were amazing as well - we had something with elderflower that was equally fragrant and balanced, as well as a grapefruit spritz. Loved them both! Service was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is beautiful and high end, without being pretentious, which is surprising given the quality. Even the price surprised us – the bill was more than fair for what you’re getting. This truly feels like a spot where everyone knows each other and acts as a family. Surprising to find in such a touristy area. This will top our list of new favorite spots for sure!
