Love this place! Brasa Bros is in our regular rotation and has been ever since we first tried it. The yellow sauce is off the hook delicious. The roasted chicken is fabulous. Yucca fries are phenomenal. Sweet plantain is everything you hoped for.
I really want to like this place more than I do. The grilled chicken's seasoning is delicious. I recommend the aji amarillo sauce.
But, There are reasons why I don't come here often. It's too expensive. I spend about $25 per person for what is essentially fast food / fast casual. You can't order a chicken sandwich a la carte, it has to be in a combo with a soda. You can't even pay to upgrade to a beer or lemonade. I prefer pollo campero's sauce more than brasa bliss sauce....read full review
