Bulgara’s Rotisserie & Grill

Clean restaurant with friendly and quick service. We ordered the beer battered fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, whole chicken and pork belly sandwich. Everything was amazing! The green sauce that comes with the chicken was tangy, spicy and had lots of flavor!

Weekly I pick up 1/2 roasted chicken and salad! I can't get my chicken as flavorful and juicy as they get theirs. I don't even bother cooking chicken at home anymore... I also got their smashburger, that was fantastic and such a good price.

I get the 1/2 chicken for dinner and the salad. It's good for 2.5 meals - lots of flavor!!! Yum

This place just gets it. Amazing food. Chicken and lamb were both great. Fries were memorable and the green sauce I can’t wrap my head around what it is or how it could possibly be so tasty. All around AMAZING. Will continue to be part of our regular dinner/lunch rotation.

A few weeks ago my husband and I tried their whole rotisserie chicken for lunch (brunch). It was delicious! They use a special Peruvian pollo a la brasa recipe to marinate their chicken which is the reason why I wanted to try their rotisserie chicken. Both my parents are Peruvian and I have been looking for a place that knows how to truly make a rotisserie chicken Peruvian Pollo a la brasa style. I've tried all the Peruvian restaurants in SF and none have correctly produced a rotisserie chicken the way Bulgara does. The Chef is a grill flame Master ?If you are looking for a delicious rotisserie chicken - check this restaurant.The prices are good, quality of ingredients very high, and the interior decoration is very nice. They are one of the cleanest food establishment I have visited in SF.Customer Service is top notch in our books. We look forward to trying other dishes on their menu in the near future.

Eat here! Bulgaria’s has the highest rating in the area for a reason. Healthy. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Great service. I had the half chicken. It’s the BEST rotisserie chicken I’ve ever eaten. (And I eat it all the time.) my daughter got the salad. The vegetables and salad were very fresh. Highly recommend this spot!!!

This food is beyond anything I've tried. I have been all around the world and have had pretty much any type of cuisine that exists and can honestly say this place is top three favorites. The owner is a very wonderful and friendly person, and they deserve a line out the door and around the block! I highly suggest trying the Lamb Lavash, you will not be disappointed! Five stars all the way.

Pleasantly surprised that some of their meats (everything but beef) are halal. The Lamb Mongols Kabob was delicious. Lamb was tender and not overcooked. I requested a yogurt sauce with it. The sweet potato fries with the accompanying sauce were exactly what I was craving. Had a taste test of the salmon and that was perfectly cooked too. A quick meal and no wait!

I had the Smash burger, which was amazing!! My friends had the rotisserie chicken and the kebabs. They were very tasty! Keep it up! Cheers!

Super delicious and healthy fresh (home style) food, that’s what I’m looking for

I’ve tried almost everything on the menu at this point and I must say there isn’t a bad thing on the menu! Everything is so tasty. The lemon pepper wings are as good as it gets! The double cheeseburger is so big and melts in your mouth. Such a great deal at $10! The steak is cooked perfectly and juicy. Don’t get me started on the beer battered fries I could eat them everyday... I’m gonna shut up now but do yourself a favor if you’re in North Beach and tired of pizza & pasta this is a must to check out!
