“Pretty clean. Lots of tourist. Service was prompt. Large dining area. Not that many homeless people hanging around as it's a tourist attraction because of cable cars. Lots of shopping in this area. Not the freshest but it's good.“
“As fast food goes, it was Burger King. Nothing spectacular just fast food. Decent and friendly service. No eat in option. Looks a bit run down on the outside and the kiosk have been disconnected. Fresh breakfast sandwiches and crispy hash browns. Quick, inexpensive eat.“

“The hamburger was very tasty and a good size. The service was excellent. The only bad thing was that it seemed very expensive to pay 43 dollars for two hamburgers with fries and two medium sodas.
The place was clean but people kept coming in to ask for money and you can't eat comfortably 😞

“The staff at this BK are so friendly. They are accommodating and quick. Im in and out in minutes and all smiles. There is a BK closer to where I live and I still choose to drive the extra mile to go to this one when I get my crazy cravings 😜. Have it your way!“

“Let's be clear, this is an airport rating, graded on a curve if you will.
My food was made to order. It was warm. It had all the right ingredients. The cost to add cheese was $1. The end result was a $12 (after a 5% employee benefit fee and tax) burger that wasn't half bad. I don't eat a lot of BK anywhere but I can't imagine a non-airport location doing any better.

I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Ismael at Burger King for consistently going above and beyond with his customer service.
As a delivery driver, I pass by this location regularly — and every single time, Ismael impresses me with his patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
He handles every interaction with grace, whether it’s helping other drivers, serving walk-in customers, or dealing with more challenging situations involving intoxicated individuals or people experiencing homelessness.
Even during late-night rushes, when most would lose their temper or energy, Ismael remains calm, collected, and respectful. He treats everyone with dignity, never rushing or judging, and he manages to keep the atmosphere around him peaceful and efficient.
He also communicates clearly, is always organized, and makes sure everyone feels seen and heard — including us drivers, which honestly makes a big difference on tough shifts.
Ismael is a rare gem in the fast food world — someone who truly cares, shows up with integrity, and brings light to a job that isn’t always easy.
He deserves all the recognition and more.
