The staff at this BK are so friendly. They are accommodating and quick. Im in and out in minutes and all smiles. There is a BK closer to where I live and I still choose to drive the extra mile to go to this one when I get my crazy cravings 😜. Have it your way!

Manager is incompetent, I ordered 3 cookies, I got two. I went up to get the rest of my cookies, they only had one left. I got 3 cookies for the price of 4. They are overwhelmed and understaffed. Door dash orders and take out orders, everyone waiting and kitchen staff scrambling. Very poor management and staffing.

My friends waited 30 minutes for their food while mobile orders went out.

Bathrooms were closed; I pay to eat at a restaurant and can't use the toilet!!!

Food was good though. Kitchen staff are hustling.

Edit: had to add that the 3 cookies I received (out of the 4 cookies I paid for) were hard and stale. Still edible but old.

The manager is rude and gave me the wrong change back and refused to give me a receipt. I’m sitting in the dining room eatting right now and she is yelling at a guy about the same thing. My bill was $17.04 she gave me back $2.00 I asked where my change was and she said I gave you three dollars back you owe me four cents!!

Very bad service, the potatoes were added to the jar of salt, I couldn't even eat them, they prepare the food in their own way, not the way it should be, and they talk and talk, and you are at the checkout and they never attend to it, and when they take your order, they tell you no. And I asked for the other extra things and she was very angry and she told me why I didn't give it to her or she already ate it and she's asking for more, very bad, bad, I wouldn't recommend it because of the type of employees she has a thousand times, they serve better on the 24th Street in Macdonald ❤️ the store managers should take a good look at who they hire since those types of employees are the ones who ruin everything.

All the employees are cool except the manager. She's impatient, picks and chooses who to show respect to. She got mad at me because she messed up the order. I wouldn't eat here, go to Bayshore instead.

Continually broken side machine. Poor management and track record of missing items.

On 12/11/2024, I ordered through the app and arrived for my order only to be told they were out of one of the items so they cancelled my order and told me that I had to contact customer service to get a refund.
