I really like this place; I brought my brother here and he liked it too. The owner is friendly and makes a great bagel (it’s so hard to find a good bagel on the west coast and this was a pleasant surprise). The tea is good and so is the honey cake! It’s a good place to sit and hang out as well, they have a lot of tables so it’s very comfortable. I don’t live near here or I’d come here all the time.
Cafe La Boheme is a Mission District institution . It long predates the Mission's gentrification and was serving "gourmet" coffee before it was a thing. It continues to have a great vibe, still serves great coffee and food, and is a great place to sit and think or work on laptop. The hummus plate is my favorite dish, but there are many other great choices. I am a decades-long customer, and I hope it never closes!

A lot of coffee shops (and businesses in general) in SF are aesthetically-pleasing...
