Caffe Macaroni is consistently one of the best and most charming, authentic Italian restaurants in SF. The owners are always friendly and provide great service, and the menu is fresh and always excellent. Together with a fantastic bottle of wine, we had an incredible meal and I will continue to return - whether for a special occasion or just a Wednesday dinner - and everything in between.

Caffe Macaroni is a gem. The food is consistently terrific. The menu offers great variety. Our group was split between seafood and meat dishes (and one vegetarian). Everyone was happy with their choices. The appetizers, insalata tre colore/caprese salad & tuna carpaccio, were particularly wonderful. All were nicely prepared and presented.
