I was super hungry at work and craving a burger, and saw this place was a short walk away. I feel bad for pre-judging the burger’s potential for excellence by its price of $8 (comparably low for SF) - it was absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked throughout. It felt like being at a barbecue where your buddy has been cooking burgers since he could reach the grill. This place is amazing and I’ll definitely be back many more times.
This was the perfect late-night stop during my first trip to San Francisco! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible service. One employee was taking orders, running the register, and making burgers all at the same time—and somehow still managed to be friendly and efficient. Huge kudos to him for keeping everything running so smoothly!
