I had the lobster, garlic, medium at 45.00 market price (about 2 lbs). Excellent flavor and portion was plenty. My wife had the crawfish. Crawfish were in season so didn't find any straight tails, which was great. Highly recommend.
We wandered into Cajun House without really knowing or understanding the type of experience it offered. The place we had hoped to go to had huge queues so we'd just wandered on up the road! We sat down and looked around and couldn't work out what was going on - people were wearing bibs and plastic gloves and eating mostly with their hands out of plastic bags. Cajun House offered a variety of dishes one would be expect to see on the menu of a New Orleans restaurant-fried gator, gumbo, prawns, to name a few delicacies available. I ordered prawns, Cajun fries and garlic asparagus for my meal. The food was delicious but the fries had me downing a lot of water. HOT!HOT!HOT! If you're feeling adventurous and like spicy Cajun food, bring a box of tissues; you'll need them for your watering eyes and runny nose.
