I asked Gabby at Cake Coquette to design a two-tier Frozen-themed cake for a 5-year-old girl’s birthday party. I emailed her some samples that I found online. And she did not disappoint! The cake was a huge hit at the party. We chose Devil’s food chocolate cake with coconut cream and chocolate ganache, and the outside was fondant. I highly recommend this bakery for custom cakes.

She was very helpful throughout the process, ensuring we knew what we needed to provide her and the various cost structures that went into things like the sizing and decoration level. We went with the passion fruit cake, which is a great balance of sweet and fruit!
We provided Gabby with some minimal cake designs ideas that we liked, our own flowers and cake toppers, and she delivered us a stunning cake that more than exceeded our expectations! The price was extremely reasonable as well! Much cheaper than other places we looked at that had strictly worse tasting cake (which to us was the most important part).
We will definitely come back for any other specialty cakes we need.

Beautiful wedding cake and great execution! I sent her an inspiration photo, and she really delivered on that vision. I would highly recommend doing a tasting box so you can try all of her innovative flavors. We ended up going with the buttermilk vanilla cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese, and the devil's food chocolate cake & ganache with raspberry filling -- both were excellent!

honestly it was not my happiness with the result: 5 stars in design and presentation, but 3 stars in flavor and texture of bread. let me down*** with very high level of the sugar. the bread very heavy and far from the flavor offered. and the price did not meet expectations.
