We came here with my family of 3, excited to eat. We came in and waited per usual. Our original waiter DOMINIC took our order TWICE and left. We were handed off to another slow waiter. We waited over an HOUR for our salad, pizza and pasta THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED. Everyone AFTER us kept getting served and we wondered why. Our 2nd waiter asked us if everything was okay and I had to ask him where our food was. He said that our order was never placed! Do you hear me, never placed! There was NO General Manager on site. I had to complain to the Head Chef who was COVERING for the GM. I am so disappointed and will be contacting corporate because there is no way that an order SHOULDNT be placed. Dominic was so much in a RUSH to get off work he literally forgot to do his damn job.

Ordered online. They refused to acknowledge me and only helped the dashers. Once I was helped he said they didnt have my order and got a manager. The manager was incredibly rude, spoke down to me, and told me its not his fault. Except it is his fault for not willing to help the customer find a solution

This kind of delay affects multiple deliveries and reduces driver earnings 💸🚗. Restaurants should be more organized and respectful of drivers’ time.

Had an amazing time at CPK! While we were waiting for our orders, the manager sat at our table, checked in with us and told us a story! We felt very welcome and taken care of.
The space is cozy, well lit and super comfortable! We played cards while waiting and snacking on our chips and guac.
The food itself was delicious! We had the Jumbalaya Linguini and the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals! We also ordered dessert: the butter cake with vanilla ice cream.
Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience ans will definitely be back!

Surprisingly, this was my first time trying California Pizza Kitchen. I had a tomato soup for dinner to warm up on a chilly December evening. It was exactly what you’d expect from a tomato soup, comforting but nothing fancy.
