Poor UI to the degree it's borderline malicious.

Disgraceful treatment of our employees. Consistently demand we reimburse their clients if food was 1 degree too cold, or 5 minutes late. The owners of the business are downright evil humans - made more evident by the company's Glassdoor review rating of 2.3. Plenty of other options (ZeroCater, Zesty, Chewse) who treat people with a standard level of respect and deliver a better service.

Terrible experience! They did not delivery the agreed upon catered lunch, did not warn me it would not show up, did not provide an alternative, and left us high and dry. The account rep has suddenly disappeared, as well. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

There's the standard level of respect, then there's Cater2me. Their treatment of vendors/restaurant owners is shameful. They have the highest commission in the industry and still treat vendors as if they are criminals. Will never work with them again and would encourage anyone considering working with them to look at other options first.
