Such a hidden gem! Me and my sister had the pleasure of dining here and will definitely be back. The restaurant is cozy and warm, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was great, had my chair pull out for me and a ten dollar cosmo in the city- really can’t complain. The food was tasty, good portions, and very affordable ($20 pasta/$10 garlic bread). You’ll be glad you dined here, great all around!

It's like walking into an old Italian village family restaurant. every table was full of happy guest being treated to the highest level of services getting you ready for one of the most authentic, fresh meals I've ever had. Everything was excellent.

I can't say too much about the food - I was in the mood for a light meal and just had a chicken Ceasar salad, which was fine. The feel of this quiet little neighborhood place was like being back in Italy. Classic old decor, pleasant old songs playing softly, and a delightful staff. House Chianti was good and very reasonable by SF standards. I'll go back when I'm hungrier and try some pasta!

Cesario's is a very traditional restaurant with a very traditional Italian menu. We ordered two of the daily specials and they were delicious. The restaurant was not very full and thus it was very quiet and we had a very comfortable booth. A most enjoyable evening.

This was our first time at Cesario's and we had a lovely time. Good food l, wonderful ambiance, and very charming and engaged staff. A truly wonderful evening!
Really terrible experience. Waited over 45 min for 4 salads. Wait staff was beyond overwhelmed and even asking for water was an inconvenience. Once received, food was bland and uninteresting. Clearly trying to capitalize on the conference in town, they packed too many people in a very small space and couldn't handle it.

Very limited bar services. To many table so your sitting right next to your neighbor. Food was under whelming because the pasta was low quality boxed pasta. Neighbors vegetables were steamed frozen vegggies. They were complaining about them. Felt like a meal your mother would have made in the last 1960's. Waitress was very attentive. But I can make far better Italian food at home, with fresh made or bought pasta. I was so embarrassed I had recommended the venue to mu guest, I picked up the full tab. I would not recommend eating here and I wouldn't go back.

Well just love the place and the service . The place had an old world charm .The women there were so quick and swift with an eye on every table to see whats needed . The food was just awesome . The only thing was that the service was rushed on christmas eve but then maybe with tables booked back to back . Beautful place .
