The pizza is exceptional, creative or traditional depending on your preference. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. And watching the dubs at a pizza and beer joint at Chase Center, that's awesome. The pineapple and chili pizza is sooo good.

Food was bomb. The service was very bad as they do a QR code but you can’t order everything on your phone, some drinks you have to order from a server. It took about 30 minutes to get drinks each time once we were able to track him down.

Waited in line all day on Saturday to try and get tickets for a show at Chase Center. This place was the light at the end of the tunnel. By the time I looped around in the massive line they had just opened the quick service window. Selling pizza by the slice. I hadn’t ate since that morning. So it was truly a life saving moment. Got two hot slices super fast, which in a chilly day when you’ve been sitting out in the cold all day was incredible 🙌🏻 not only for the warmth but the hot meal overall. Slices were a decent size and fresh. Good flavor, I can’t complain. I think I paid $7 a slice. Which was fine, it is SF on the property of a massive arena. Definitely the smartest restaurant I’d say not only for event days like this where you have 600 trying to score last minute concert tickets. But I’d say any event day or just a nice day in the city. The quick serve window is genius 👍🏻

Chicken for the salad is breaded but not labeled. The salad is labeled gluten free, and there’s no indication that the chicken would not also gluten free. Additionally, there was no staff to answer questions when ordering. I tone a bite of the chicken not realizing it was breaded, and now I’m going to be sick. Stay away if you have any dietary restrictions, tell friends not to get reservations here, even if it seems convenient.
Dietary restrictions: Terrible. Mislabeled menu, very few options.

Had to try multiple items and was not disappointed at all. Pizza, salad, wings, sandwiches, etc..... were all delicious. Drinks were also filled up generously. Temp was slightly chili, but overhead heaters provided comfort. Worth the wait if you're in the area. Thanks Che Fico for bringing your business from Divisadero, to Menlo Park, and now to where the champs play!

“This is a personal perspective based on my experience there: the view is great! The current employees are very nice, but the food was not what I expected from a place built in that area. I was hoping for more unique or Italian flavors. The pizza was okay but not extraordinary or outstanding, and I couldn’t believe they were selling average baguettes. I also found it strange that they served wine in a small, unexpected glass—not a great experience. I really hope the business succeeds because the area is nice enough! SFO needs more investment, but they could definitely improve the menu to make me want to come back. I think the pizza I ordered might be the only one that stands out from the ‘average.’”

Let me start by saying I love the original Che Fico and have been many times. I had lower expectations for the pizzeria as it is new and is at Chase Center, and I know will not compete with the original but man was it BAD. Went on a pretty slow night. Staff was everywhere but couldn't get their attention to save our lives.
I don't mind ordering with a QR code and get in a place like Chase Center it's necessary on game days. But there's got to be a level of service to back it up or else just have counter service.
Our drinks (4) were delivered 10 mins after our apps arrived even though we sent the order at the same time. They brought the drinks to the table one at a time! And forgot the 4th one. One of the beers was completely flat and had to argue with the runner to request a different one. Food was ok. We asked for no chili in the pizzas (to accommodate a child) but they were still extremely spicy (and I love spicy).
Managers were wandering around but looked useless. QR code menu wasn't up to date (beer menu), which i think is ridiculous and just poor management.
I can go on but overall a big disappointment and it's not cheap. :(
Hope they can get it together.
Kid-friendliness: Everything is very spicy even if you request it not spicy.

October 2024:
Stopped by for a slice of pepperoni pizza 🍕. We were trying to get a table inside but they were completely booked. So we went to the side window where they sell slices.
Overall, pizza was delicious. Will try to come back and get seated inside.

I’ve been waiting for this place open and finally went there. The menu is different from the Che Fico but pizza was good and the salad was yummy! The staffs were friendly and kind.
I will make the reservation next time to seat outside.

Gorgeous space with amazing patio views of the bay just feet away from the entrance to the Chase Center! Staff was friendly & courteous. The QR code on the table links to the full menu and ordering is a breeze, but it really helps with closing out the tab when you gotta hurry for a game or a show. The chop, caesar, and heirloom tomato salads were worthy of the Che Fico name and more than enough for 3-4 adults. Wings came out super quick and the sauce is delicious without being too spicy. The 20" pepperoni pie was great & perfectly cooked, but the pineapple pizza is the absolute realest of deals. It's worth a trip even if you're not going into Chase, easily the best pregame bite at Thrive City!
Vegetarian options: Great salads (veggie caesar!) and all the classic Che Fico pizzas. Don't be afraid of the pineapple, it's unbelievable.

This place just opened. If you like the food at Che Fico, you’ll love it here. The pizzas are very familiar with tasty sourdough crust.
Besides the food, the outdoor dining is the real star. You’re looking out over the bay, and it’s a pretty amazing spot to have a drink or eat dinner.
Service is brisk and efficient, but there were plenty of servers if we needed anything. Look forward to coming back before a game or concert!
