Che Fico Pizzeria at Thrive City

You have to order through a QR code which makes it feel like a fast food restaurant. The pizza wasn't anything special and there isn't much ambience.

We stopped on our way to Cirque. There were no events at Chase, so restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately, it was too cold to sit outside on their lovely patio. Service was pleasant. Food was disappointing. Calamari was fishy, mozzarella sticks were served luke warm, pizza was just ok. Ranch dressing was watered down and tastes like it's from a bottle. Maybe it's just an off night. I would come back to sit on the patio for a drink on a nice day, but would skip having a meal.

Sometimes you are trading off food quality for location and view. NOT HERE! Our experience was excellent. We choose this restaurant because of its proximity to the Chase center and because our party was a mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There were excellent choices available for everyone. We shared pizzas and salads. The food quality was great. Our server was very nice and competent. Looking out over the water while having an early dinner was like icing on the cake. Not only a great place before a game. I am likely to come back even if nothing was going on.

Let’s start with the most important thing. Do they make a good pizza? YES!

And to judge this let’s talk a simple cheese pizza. Served to me near closing time on a night when nothing was happening at Chase Center. And yet the pizza was perfection - probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in SF.

The sauce was rich and flavored. The cheese was the right cheesiness. And the crust and undercrisp were amazing. They’ve got some special talent here in the crust department.

Staff was super friendly. It’s a great spot to actually try when the Chase Center is otherwise quiet.

The pizza is always great, and the service is excellent. Parking is available on the street when there isn't an event at the Chase Center.

The service was so slow it took 30 min to get an iced tea and coke. No one came by to check on our table (of 8ppl).

Amazing, as always! The food is delicious, but the staff and the service are what bring me back time and again. Love this place.

Very busy on a concert night. Food tasted great but be prepared for everything to take a bit longer. And minimal attention from the servers.

Very very slow. After a valkyries game, I waited 30 min for 2 pieces of premade pizza.

Wonderful pre-Valkyries game meal. Pizza a bit pricey but very good. The all QR code ordering was not smooth. 2 peiple.at our table ordered from waitstaff with a credit card but their.order ended up on our bill. Could have been paid twic.if not paying attention. Fast service for.food and drinks.

Food was great. You can't go wrong with pepperoni and their ranch is divine. Arrived quickly. Cocktails were delicious. Loved my Honey and I drink. I really liked the qr system for ordering. Inside was cold though cause they left the door open. The first time I dined here we were outside and I was warmer with the heat lamps. Beautiful view of bay. Great new dining option at Chase.
