I waited an hour at this restaurant and didn't care about delivery.

Front lady was absolutely rude. Kept telling me 5 minutes. An hour later she says we are not making the pizza you waited for .
I must admit that the gentleman that was the manager, he was polite.
I saw some friends, and she rudely interrupted us while having a conversation outside, with some weird banter.
This place is confused and wants to do all delivery and walk-ins at the same time. Plus they have a service window outside the restaurant.

Placed an order for delivery and have been waiting almost 2 hours and they are still not done.

This is pizza. If it takes over 2 hours to make, forget it.

Unlikely to order from Che Fico again.

Fantastic pizza, some of the best in S.F., with excellent cocktails, appetizers, and salads to boot.

Food was good. Service was solid. I've been there where the service was poor but the pizza and other items are solid.

Food was delicious. Although we had a reservation for opening time we still had to wait 5-10mins as someone else booked last minute so they gave our set area up & had to reset it. It was a little chilly as there was only one heater over our long table as we had a large group. Will definitely be back.

Completely bizarre seating process. Bar area is 75% empty and yet people are lined up outside, being told 30-40 minute wait at 5:10pm.

It's like they're trying not to make money?!

It's Superbowl weekend. Be open all day. Let people sit at the bar and order overpriced drinks. It's not rocket science.

But no prob, we'll take our business elsewhere. ✌🏽

Went to have dinner before watching Dave Chapelle perform. Very busy, but we were seated right away because of our reservations. The view of the bay was beautiful. After 15 minutes, we finally figured out we had to scan the QR codes on the table to look at the menu and order. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Wings were really tasty, saucy and well cooked. Pizza was huge, crust was thin, crisp, chewy and light at the crust. Pizza was just a bit light on the toppings for my liking. I'm accustomed to how Bravos pizza back in the day. No servers checked on us, had to flag someone down to get a refill on a drink and it took about 5 minutes. Same was true trying to check out paying cash. We could have done it using the Toast app, but my friend wanted to pay cash. To add insult to injury, the Toast app suggested a range of tips from 18% to 25%. Next time I go, I'll know what to expect. Nice place to grab dinner before your event. I'll try the original location next time.
