Stopped by for a quick lunch during a work trip at Cheung Hing and it did not disappoint! It was a bit of a chaotic hustle and bustle but the food was fantastic! It’s hard finding authentic Chinese food in Arizona that beat the flavor and price of this place! Every dish was better than the last and I was full for the next two days because I couldn’t stop eating it! Great spot to check out for a hidden gem!

Four of us had dinner at this recently opened Cheung Hing (one of several in the Bay Area). The restaurant serves dim sum during the day, but we ordered six Cantonese dishes (faves of our two Chinese Americans); steamed black bass with ginger onion, crispy salt pepper tofu, pea sprouts with garlic, bitter melon and beef, clams in black bean sauce, and empress chicken. Unfortunately the overall experience has gone downhill during past two visits. The manager is constantly upselling and is very unpleasant. In fact, she becomes quite rude when you decline.
