Solid all around experience. Food was well described ordering at the counter. Dining was comfortable in the cool retro decor with perfect playlist to match. Food was excellent: Caesar was perfectly balanced in textures and flavors. side braised greens shined with ginger and bold seasoning. Very delicious and the staff are so nice! You order at the counter and then sit down. I got the chicken fried trout (cooked perfectly) with mashed potatoes (yum yum yum) and my friend got the special of palace moco. Cold brew coffee with sweet cream for the win and we finished with the galette. So good!
I'm writing this review to be helpful because I REALLY want this place to succeed! I haven't had a decent CFS since Hard Knox closed and I couldn't wait to come here. The interior is gorgeous and perfect for the theme. The server was delightful, attentive, and all around helpful. The only downside was the chicken fried steak.
