I found the restaurant by accident. The hostess Gloria was very kind. Same with all the staff of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the space is very confortable.
Ay the end they gave me my fortune cookie and ice cream...

Totally recommended.

4 family size dishes, all came out at different times, total was $170, given the $30 added tip they put for themselves and called it a “service charge” but didn’t note this anywhere or communicated it to us. Was aggressively brought inside and sat down to eat. We should have just went to Chilli’s like the kids wanted. Would have saved us money. They charge for water $3 a bottle. Food was ok to me, husband and kids kinda liked it.

10/9/25 Response to restaurant comment:

1. It is a legal requirement (CA SB1524) that service charges are communicated clearly to customers, either verbally or through proper signage on the menu. When I inquired about an additional fee, the staff member appeared unfamiliar with the charges and eventually identified it as a service charge. Such practices may be perceived as misleading.

2. It appears this approach is part of your marketing strategy to attract customers, as evidenced by previous reviews.

3. When requesting water, I was informed that it costs extra for water in which would be in a form of a bottle. A charge that is in fact listed on your menu. This is not an unsupported claim regarding water charges; I am simply advising others to consider bringing their own water.

I do not wish to discuss my bill further, as this matter should have been addressed at the time of service. When we attempted to do so, we were simply told that the charges were as listed, which were in a different language. As a customer who speaks English, a business should be aware to print a receipt detailing all charges in English and must notify customers of any additional fees beforehand. The omission of this information raises concerns about transparency.

Gloria brought us in and we were given complementary pot stickers! Right off the bat, yummy! Since we had eaten earlier, we only ordered the veggie spring rolls. They were delicious. We had been sat at the outdoor patio, and it was awesome just to people watch while enjoying great food, good beer, and wonderful service.

Gloria helped us find the restaurant. She took us there. Help us with our table and warm wet wipes and told us how beautiful we were. Such a hard worker. When we left… Gloria was there again for hugs and well wishes for the evening. She’s the best and most hard working girl

Very rude server who was an older gentleman. Seemed annoyed by everything, made it hard to enjoy our meal.

It was lovely to have a meal outside on their balcony that overlooks the bush Chinatown. The food was really not great. The seafood fried rice had no seasoning in it at all and was very dry. The chicken and shrimp dimsum we got was really just gross. The beef broccoli was ok. We were 3 people. They brought out 2 orders within 10-15 mins and either forgot about the 3rd person or it really did take them over 30 mins to cook that dish. We ended up eating cold food. They serve complimentary ice cream for dessert and add about 20% tip to your bill unless you ask them not to. 2 stars because of the balcony. Otherwise I'd give it no stars.
