Yu’s Cafe Reviews
I got a combination tea at 25% sweetness with not much ice. I was pleasantly surprised by the large chunks of fresh fruit and the amount of popping boba that was in the drink. It hit the spot, and was made quickly
great sago
I go to Yu's Cafe weekly with my coworkers. The owner, Kelly, and her mother are both nice, welcoming, and the drinks that they prepare and serve are absolutely delicious. They have a good selection of food and Cantonese desserts, on top of the drinks that they make with fresh fruit and flavorful teas. They offer alternative milk options as well for those who are lactose intolerant. They also have a great selection of toppings. We love this place and continue to visit weekly!

Yu's Cafe is a cozy boba tea shop located in Chinatown, known for its delightful boba tea and Hong Kong-style milk tea. The boba has a perfect texture and flavor, while the tea flavors, such as jasmine and roasted oolong, are highly praised. The cafe also serves light and fluffy egg waffles, making it a popular choice among locals and visitors alike.
Customers describe the cafe as a "yummy local spot" with "unique and refreshing" drinks and a variety of options, including a mango slushy dessert with mochi balls. The boba is well-marinated in brown sugar syrup, though some customers note it can be a bit on the mushier side. The cafe is praised for its affordable prices, with one customer stating it has "one of the cheapest prices for boba in the city."
Despite the positive reviews, some customers mention the service can be a bit slow, as the cafe is often busy with just one or two people working. Overall, Yu's Cafe remains a beloved Chinatown destination for its delicious boba tea and other treats.
