Was nice that I was told the thing I wanted would take an extra 10 minutes, because they just ran out. I had no problem with that, and it was nice of them to let me know. Wish I was given a spoon though, because I totally forgot I had 紅豆/azuki beans sitting at the bottom, and it was a waste of throwing them away at the end because I couldn't scoop them out. For a person that enjoys fruity drinks, the kumquat lemon green tea with lychee jelly has been my go-to refresher drink of all time. I also enjoy their milk teas like the roasted milk tea. Their service can be slow because there's only one worker but the waiting area is decently sized and clean.

Drinks weren't overly sweets; which was perfect for me. But you can still customize the sugar and ice level. You're actually getting a good deal for ordering in the size large. My go to place for boba when I'm in SF! I've tried other boba shops and either the taste were off or overpriced for the size.
