I visited this location for the 1st time on 7/8/2020 because it is one of the first and few eateries that reopened at Westfield since the COVID-19 lockdown nearly 4 months ago. I was not the only local happy to see a lunch option other than nuggets and burgers!

Your customer service lacks consideration and respect that it should have for customers. The male employee working on Tuesday Feb 4th around 2:30 was so rude and spoke to his colleagues in a different language while then persisting to be passive aggressive. Disgusting attitude and customer service.

Ordered two bowls with steak but the brown rice was undercooked. The tables were messy but everything else in our bowls were alright though.

Does Chipotle need another negative review? No, but I'm venting: the ingredients are delicious and fresh, but, I have to play lunch roulette, every time. Portion size, random ingredients, forgotten items. Its a gamble every time. Let me back there, I'm happy to do the assembly work..I'm good for an extra $10 if you turn off the cameras when I grab the guac spoon.

Every time I've eaten here I've gotten sick the next day, they also don't give the proper amount of food. When they scoop rice it barely even covers half of the bowl.
Just left. I didn't even get my bowl. I wanted a steak bowl. This is the stingiest chipotle I have ever been to. The rice barely fit 2/3 of the bottom of the bowl, the black beans were put on the other 1/3 of the bottom of the bowl, and I lost it when he put about 7 pieces of the steak on top of all of that. I just told the poor worker nvm. For $10? I'll go somewhere else.

I love Chipotle.....but the one in Salinas is horrible! They ALWAYS run out of something or other. No fajitas, no guac, no steak! Are you kidding me?!?! You should always order enough ingredients/food don't you think? The last time I was there which was maybe about a month or two ago they were out of fajitas and something else I can't remember what it was, and I said to the girl "you guys always run out of stuff." She just said "yeah sorry". When the lady behind me started ordering she also said "Why do you guys always run out of stuff?" the girl told her "Its because this is a very busy Chipotle." The lady said "Well I live in San Jose and those Chipotle locations are super busy, I am sure busier than here and they NEVER run out of stuff but you guys ALWAYS run out of stuff. Every time I visit Salinas and come to Chipotle you are out of something" The girl just shrugged it off and didn't say anything else. About 6 months ago my daughter and I ordered our food and of course they were out of guac that time and we asked for chicken and the very young girl said "The chicken is kinda of raw is that ok?!" My daughter and I could not believe what we were hearing! I said "No its not ok. I don't want raw chicken thank you, can we just have steak instead please." But guess what? They didn't have steak so we ended up with pretty much veggie bowls. Please order enough food. I hate that every time I go in you have ran out of something. Very disappointing The food when they have it is 5 stars. The planning for the location is 1 star.
