Poor service at the Westfield mall San Francisco location. The girl behind the counter was annoyed by my answer of for what type of beans I wanted, when I said half and half; while the guy before me got the same order with a larger portion size and a smile. With a smirk of disregard, she casually tossed my my bowl to the next girl.
I am being very kind with this rating, I was served by three team members along a line and not of them seamed to be happy to be working. Yes they we're busy but a smile does go a long way. The dinning room was dirty and their grill is exceptionally dirty. I have worked in kitchens and the area can be kept cleaner. Your customers are looking at all the dirty grills while they waiting.

I visited this location for the 1st time on 7/8/2020 because it is one of the first and few eateries that reopened at Westfield since the COVID-19 lockdown nearly 4 months ago. I was not the only local happy to see a lunch option other than nuggets and burgers!
