The staff was very rude and was not even serving the appropriate amount of quantity specified by Chipotle.

Very good food, however, the service from the somewhat plump waitress was intolerable towards customers who were just discovering the concept of the brand.

Honestly quite disappointed. I always stop by here to get Chipotle as the location is quite convenient for me. I’ve gotten pick up orders as well as in person.

This time I ordered it online and went in to pick it up. The cashier staff wasn’t really nice when there was a lot of downtime and I asked to see if my order was done.

I went upstairs to eat my sofritas and I found a piece of steak in my food. As a vegetarian this honestly is a huge deal breaker. I went down and told the staff in the front. They don’t seem to want to help. Luckily, the manager was around and she helped me remake it.

The manger of this location is always hard working and quite responsive to customer’s matters.

I wish this didn’t happen but I hope my sofritas don’t come with steak or other meats in the future.

After buying $60 worth of food, they gave us a hard time using the bathroom because they couldn't share the correct code to the bathroom door. RIDICULOUS.

Small quantity, rude staff. Very slow and inattentive. Interior is dirty with trash on the tables and floor.

Staff is super rude- they act like customers are inconveniences to them and can be outright aggressive. Not to mention they forget items constantly and give half-portions with the ingredients being sloppily prepared and not up to Chipotle standards. I try to always be extra kind and considerate to service workers but here they will be rude to you regardless of your attitude or request. Corporate needs to come and re-train the staff here- until then I’m going elsewhere

There is something seriously, seriously wrong with this Chipotle location.

As someone who works downtown in the FiDi and tends to have many, many late nights (to the point I am in the top 1.0% of customers in California / top 1.2% nationally per the app) - Chipotle is usually a nice, quick dinner that I can rely on. However, the problems with this location have become way more consistent and grating.

First, the food is hit or miss, could be hot could be warm, who knows what you will get. Portions are ridiculously inconsistent and often lean on the lighter side. Missing ingredients and items from my orders have become so more common I've just stopped reporting it on the app since nothing ever happens. 90% of the time they don't bother to drain the water from the black beans or pico de gallo when scooping so your food just gets a nice big splash of water that turns your bowl into a gross soup that usually leaks out of the container and into the bag. Really tasty stuff.

Second, the place is usually dirty. Counters are sticky and there is usually trash on the floor. The drink station is usually just covered in receipts, napkins, straw wrappers just coating the area or shoved into the utensil holders since I guess why not.

Last, and most importantly, the employees at this location are either dismissive of customers or (more commonly) outright aggressive. Simple requests for customer service are met with exasperated sights or smarmy comments as if asking for a refill on forks or salad dressing is a herculean task and how dare I ask them such questions. In my last experience, I waited behind others and kindly asked for salad dressing 5 hours before closing the employee just thew his hands his hands up and said dramatically that they were COMPLETELY out of salad dressing despite not even bothering to look. I think I got the message that they were not interested in customer service.

In conclusion, I will not be returning to this location in the future and would not recommend anyone else does either until something is done. Seriously, look at the other reviews for this location, seems to be a consistent shared experience.

Location is noisy, very small seating area, staff checked out, portions very limited.

Much better Chipotle not that far away at: 525 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94105, this location is a lot more quiet, very large seating area, portions are normal, meaning they're not extremely huge, I understand, they have a business to run, but the portions are lot more reasonable here, staff a very friendly as well, night and day difference compared to the Kearny (this) location.
