This restaurant always takes a very long time to prepare delivery orders 👎. The staff behavior is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t communicate properly and often ignore you when you try to ask questions or get updates 👎. Because of the poor service and bad attitude toward delivery drivers, my experience was very disappointing. Not recommended 👎.

My order was meant to be ready by 4:30, but I only got it at 4:37 after standing around. The staff seemed busy putting on a show instead of getting things done. 2/5.

I went to Chipotle, but the service was extremely terrible. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, the store was not clean at all. Overall, very disappointing service and environment. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves customer service and cleanliness.

Ummm yall really slacking when it comes to equal proportions!!! $15 + for a damn bowl? Plus fees.

And all I get is hella rice and tiny bit of meat. Not a fan. Do better.

walked in, and wanted to use my rewards on the app for a free entree. i got a burrito, and right from the start, the employees were unfriendly, and gave me extremely small portions. they act like taking an order is pulling teeth. please avoid going here and just go to a real mexican restaurant.

Horrible service from the staff. They give horrible portion sizes and are rude when you ask them for a bit of extra rice or even a cup of water. Given the wide range of chipotles I’ve been to across the country, this one has to be one of the worst.

This shebu is a complete disgrace. They give very little food and are very disrespectful. There is no smiling face. They look at you in the face as if they are selling food to your enemy.

When I asked for a water cup, they lied and said Chipotle doesn't do water cups anymore!!!!!

Employees need training. Half of my burrito was salad the other half meat. Why can't they just spread the ingredients out? They also go very light on the quantity. Double meat here is a single serving at other chipotle restaurants. Rice was hard. Avoid this place 🚫

A quick unexpensive bite!

The service given for 14.39 dollars... completely disgraceful... I said I was a foreigner... Counting the meats on the rice...😡😡😡I want to add one more thing... I bought steak... it was so hot and had no taste at all. It was disgusting... I will never eat it again...

Ran out of all food, too chaotic, yelling staff, sorry guys but I’m disappointed
