The employees shout too much when communicating with each other. Because of the way they treated the customer, I felt like I was in a prisoner's movie...once you're in line ordering, you better know exactly what to order...it was the first time I went, I needed the options explained to me...forget it...the food is delicious.

Update: moving this review from 1 star to 3 as they’ve improved some since going back. Staff is still clueless.

This place is always a mess. They also are always out of ingredients. The staff is hella rude. I’m not sure how it’s possible to run a restaurant this poorly but here ya go!

I gotta say this chipotle had improved so much in operation over the last couple months! I have stopped coming to this location for a while because how overly salty the chicken gets and how the employee was always high. No more! The operation and taste have improved significantly. Keep it up!
