If you live near this neighborhood, or maybe you are a tourist, this is definitely a good choice for brunch or afternoon tea. I like its classic decoration style, and their food and drinks are relatively healthy, and you don't have to worry about not having a seat to take a short break.
This joint has a nice vibe. Good energy from the beginning is always a good start! I had an iced vanilla oat milk latte (yum!) & an apple Danish (double yum). This place is just off Market, so you're right near the hustle & bustle, but far enough away to still retain that cozy, quaint feel. Kudos!
The teriyaki chicken bahn mi was great and well rounded. The veggies tasted fresh, good amount of heat, and the bread was outstanding. Like really, the bread exceeded expectation and some. The Thai iced tea was great and as expected. The price for both of these was reasonable even after a tip (paid with Venmo). The inside of the building was lovely and quiet with only a few people during mid-week lunch.
