Cioppino’s has the best outdoor patio in the neighborhood—spacious, lively, and great for people-watching. The seafood is always fresh, the service warm, and their signature Cioppino is my absolute go-to in the city. A consistently great spot with unbeatable charm!!

Bring your appetite! And get the Cioppino! It's exquisite! Perfect for a cool San Francisco evening. The portion is big enough for two to share, but you won't want to. You will want to savor every bite and soothe your soul. Our servers were friendly, attentive, responsive to our needs and efficient. I will try come back whenever I return to San Francisco. Walking past the other diners, the pizza and pasta dishes looked delicious. What a gem of a restaurant! Thank you!

Mostly tasty food. I ordered the Cioppino seafood stew, which came with crab on top. Unless you pay the extra $6 to de-shell the crab, be prepared to be covered in tomato sauce while you fail at cracking the crab open. Everything else was enjoyed. I wouldn’t order the cioppino again
