This place is a gem. The tenders are alive with energy and good conversation. And on Wednesday Thursday and Friday they have a chef that cooks like your grandma. Home cooking for cheap.

This is where the locals finishing a late shift come for an adult beverage in the morning (the bar opens at 6am) and locals drop in to see friends. The bartenders are awesome and everyone is friendly to an outsider that walks in. I especially love that it opens at 6am and it's a drink I'm looking for in the morning hours.

I feel like you know that you're getting with Clooney's. Friendly, grubby dice bar. Last time I visited there were almost a dozen people inside drinking at 13:00 on a Friday. Multiple TVs playing different things, from soccer to black and white movies. OK beer selection; no top shelf liquor, but sometimes a Bulleit Rye hits the spot.
