Good food with terrible service. Half the table got their food after 5 minutes, the rest had to wait another half hour. Best part was that the bill included a 20% tip, so why try to improve the service. Stay away!

This is probably one of rare places in SF I left the restaurant feeling ripped off and displeased. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and we figured it was a perfect spot as we were looking to book nearby in presidio where we dropped our kid for sleepover so we can enjoy date night . We were excited to try this place as this placed looked promising on reviews . However we were totally fooled. We ordered chicken poblano with mole sauce for an entree and multiple appetizers, soups. As you can see in the first pic I posted, the entree came with two tiny pieces of chicken and one scoop of rice , the chicken tasted like rubber and sauce tasted like chocolate with salsa .We couldn’t believe we were served the portion of kid meal size . Perhaps they wanted us to experience the portion of Michelin star restaurants , however, the quality of foods was beyond sub par .My husband and I left the restaurant empty stomach and empty wallet on that night and also confirming that upscaled Mexican restaurant is almost always a trap .

Colibri is a Mexican bistro right close by the sea. It's a beautiful place for a hot meal in their outside court. The sun can fall into your eyes and start toasting you, so stick to those covered tables if possible. Keep in mind that although it's upscale, it is traditional and sticks with its roots. Not the kind of traditional that someone from the South is used to.Really great quality food. The spice was a big wake-up call for me. The drinks are fun (they put one of their cocktails in a peacock glass!) and they make sharing easy.

The food was pretty good, but the portions were tiny. I ordered a shrimp with Molé and a corn cake. It would be generous to call that an appetizer portion, for $30. six small shrimp and a corn muffin… That was

Great spot but they don't compare to Arguello, the previous restaurant that occupied the place. I ordered the tortilla soup, disappointment ? it was a bunch of tortilla strips, some queso squares, slices of avocado and what looked like a red sauce and crema, not soup. I thought I was going to enjoy a steaming bowl of tortilla soup but it turned out to be a cheapo bowl of strips of tortilla and red sauce and it wasn't even tasty ??. For the price of your menu, please do better.

Fantastic. Tostadas de Atun are a must-have, and the Oaxaca mezcal cocktail is one of the best I’ve ever had (and I lived in Mexico!)

We came here on a Sunday afternoon for brunch, and it was a great spot! Parking wasn't too bad as it was across the street and you just had to pay at the kiosk. We were seated right away as we had a reservation and the staff were very kind to us. The menu is pretty simple and straightforward and everything sounded so good! The guacamole is a huge serving and with four of us there are still some left over to take home!Food didn't take very long to get there and neither did the drinks. Everything was well prepared and very tasty!I think the only complaint I have is looking at the tables next to us that were only for two people were very small, and they were struggling to have room for everything like their drinks, guacamole, entrées, and other items. Also note that the way to the bathrooms is kind of silly as the bathrooms are behind two doors. The first door is to the sinks and then you walk to the door that looks like you shouldn't go through it but you do to get to the toilet.Overall a really great place and it's nice that the view to the water is right there plus the weather is usually very nice.Parking: paid lot across the street

This restaurant was a great choice for brunch for our family of four. It was a nice day so we sat outside on the patio. We got chips for the table and ordered chilaquiles verdes, eggs Benedict’s with birria, a side of black beans for my daughter, and my youngest got French toast. Everything was delicious and we all enjoyed our food. Definitely worth trying and will definitely come back again. The waiters were very welcoming and nice. Great service.

Not a 5 star because I believe the food was way overpriced. The food was delicious. Hands down. But 18$ for 3 tiny sopes is wild. Two tiny tinga tacos- 18 bucks.. why?Fabulous food- for a certain type of crowd. Tourist trap for sure. Beautiful location, right in the middle of GG/Crissy fields/Disney museum.I’d make my BF bring me here if I was angry at him, lol but probably won’t come back here. Nice experience but way overpriced for the amount of food and annoying children everywhere.Plátanos- were fire -10$Parking: Big parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Yes, there every where outside.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. Molé is extraordinary. Fish tacos are delicate and fresh. Posole is the best I’ve tasted and I grew up in New Mexico. Great chef!
