We were there for Sunday Brunch. Food was good, but service seemed indifferent. Food came quickly which was good but it was basically placed on the table and the server was gone. They may have been short staffed for the day.
Colibri Mexican Bistro is an excellent establishment for a Sunday brunch. Its convenient location, ample parking, and exceptional cuisine make it a highly recommended destination. We shared the Butter Lettuce Salad and Huevos Benedictinos, which were both exceptionally flavorful. The patio offers a delightful ambiance, making it an ideal setting for dining. We have added Colibri Mexican Bistro to our list for dinner and plan to return for brunch.
Everything was delicious and our waiter really went above and beyond. Food portions are a bit on the smaller side.

Attentive staff ensures a timely and enjoyable experience, with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Diners appreciate the warm welcome, even when arriving close to closing time, and the service is often described as great, with well-trained staff. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with child seats available, and accessible for wheelchair users. Overall, Colibri is a highly recommended place for lunch or dinner, offering a mix of delicious food, good drinks, and a charming setting.
