Honestly, one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if it’s normally served that way or if something was forgotten, but the bun wasn’t grilled or warmed at all — it was cold and stale. Overall, the burger itself felt cold, and I can’t recommend it.

Small unassuming restaurant but burgers and fries are very very good. It's not fast food. It will take time to cook your order but it's worth the wait. Price is relatively cheap considering the big portion and high quality of the food. Friendly staff. Place is clean and quiet because everyone is enjoying their meal. It can get busy once all the nearby restaurants close. Oh, I also like the milkshakes.

I had a simple honest burger, plain and simple. It was good and I was 😊 happy.

Stopped by Columbus Burger while visiting San Francisco—not for the food, but because my mom urgently needed to use the bathroom. We explained it was an emergency, and I even told the staff I’d buy something (and ended up getting a soda), but they still refused to let her use the restroom at first—even though it was clearly urgent. When we finally got the code, it didn’t work until the third try, which made the situation even more stressful.

We weren’t trying to freeload—we just needed a place for a bathroom emergency. I get that places have policies, but this situation called for basic human decency. Definitely left a bad impression.

Very poorly served, very nice, big but the service is terrible, they do not provide good attention, they do not open the bathroom to the customer, I feel dissatisfied, never but never again will I return. I do this so you know what it is like.

Well well well ... this is a surprise. 🤔🤔
I review restaurants all over the world and this tiny, small, humble spot in down town SFco with plastic chairs and limited space its pretty GOOD .!!

Yes, the burguer was surprisingly good and my wife also agreed on it . Sure you get a better one on Capital Burguer in Coral Gables (miami) but cost 3 times more ...! They are plain but tasty and good. The place it's very humble but the food was good and the young guy on charge was very polite.

Came here to try their burgers, got the Wedding Ring burger. The burger was great, the onion ring in the burger is crispy, but they don’t offer onion rings as side.
The service was good, the place looks clean and neat but smells to much chemicals, I even tasted in my mouth.

Everything was cooked to order so burger and fries were hot and fresh. Drinks are can / bottle so no soda fountain.
