We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Even after informing both the host and our server, there was no acknowledgment or effort to make the occasion feel special. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a more thoughtful and attentive experience. Additionally, when we asked a staff member to take a photo, the request was flatly refused. We then asked another waitress, who remained seated and showed little interest or care while taking the picture....
Our reservation was at 7.30 and we were on time The host told to wait and then we saw 3 more groups get seated When I went up and asked about our table she was quite snotty and said in an inpatient voice they were paying We then finally got seated and our waitress came over at 8pm to take an order for drinks I then said we know what we want to eat as our reservation was 7.30 and we are now only seeing someone
The food at Copra is not your usual Indian restaurant food. The flavors are layered and complex, and everything was delicious. The service was very attentive and helpful. The main room is a bit loud, but not overwhelming. Overall a great experience.
