I tried the Coffee Blast and Cheesecake flavors — and both were insanely delicious. The Coffee Blast had a rich, bold coffee flavor with a smooth, creamy texture that hit perfectly. The Cheesecake flavor was creamy, slightly tangy, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again. Amazing flavors, great hospitality, and a genuinely wholesome experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
Special thanks to the kind gentleman who served us we didn’t catch his name, but his hospitality made our visit even better!
I was going to order something, but I noticed concerning hygiene practices from the person taking our order. He was handling money, replacing utensils, and preparing food—all with the same hand that had a single latex or vinyl glove. If he had simply washed his hands and/or changed gloves between tasks, I wouldn’t have minded. But instead, he was clearly cross-contaminating the workstation.
SO GENEROUS WITH THE ICE CREAM, NICE, KIND AND SWEET, RECOMMEND 10/10
Very good ice cream. Hard to find parking.
I appreciated the fact that they had four vegan ice cream flavors and a vegan cookie option. The soy milk churro ice cream was tasty! But do the vegan flavors really have to be hidden in the back separate from all the other flavors? I guess that means they are safer from contamination. I'll have to try the vegan cookies another time.
This place is terrible. The ice cream is bad. The ice cream tastes bad. The ice cream has a unpleasant texture. It is full of chunks of ice. I threw my ice cream away. My girlfriend threw her ice cream away, something heretofore unimaginable. Do not buy ice cream here. Probably don’t buy anything else here. No complaints about the staff.
exceptional customer service & great gluten free option. they gave us a free hot chocolate and coffee because they messed up the coffee. also gave us some free toppings. super nice guys!
An ice cream lover's paradise! Rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness - a total treat for your taste buds. Be sure to try their homemade waffle cones!
Got the chocolate ice cream and the texture was super icy - just chunks of ice throughout and not creamy.

Ahmed was the sweetest, kindest human. Shared a bite of his delicious new invention, cookie dough base, banana ice cream, with nutella drizzle. Hope this makes it onto the full menu!

We couldn’t find any hot chocolate kinda late at night in the Castro area but…CREAM got us covered! Nice people and good atmosphere too! Sitting area is a little limited though but all in all good experience 😊👍🏼

Tried to eat the ice cream, but the man working on October 7th at 8pm decided to play antisemitic music and glare at us until we left. Don’t really like to purchase from racist ice cream shops. Won’t come back (im sure much to the happiness of the people who run this place…) absolutely horrific.

For a place that says all natural, it sure doesn't taste like it. The 2 ice creams I tried were hell. Worst ice cream I had in my life.
