Natty our server was wonderful! The food was great. A little expensive and online menu prices did not match printed menu at restaurant.

We came to the new location in the financial district. So excited to try. We enjoyed the ambiance and the service was up to par. I had the filet in this fantastic sauce. My wife had the famous garlic crab. The crab was the only disappointment. We've eating at crustacean for years at the Polk street location and it was always consistently good. This version had alot more salt and tasted like crabs from other places. Thats the disappointment. Thats what made crustacean, Crustaceans! Unfortunately something has changed with the receipe or maybe its that night. Who knows. Will be trying Thang Long next and see if it was different.

My husband was brought the wrong crab, the wine list by the bottle was brought to us after we ordered by the glass, we couldn't get tap ice water, and the tip was automatically added, but other than that it was great.

Honestly not sure where people are going for all the “amazing” food they keep describing in San Francisco but we didn't think much of this spot. Considering the lunch was around $160 and we tried around 4 plates and 2 cocktails each I'd say we got a good variety of things. The “crab puffs” and just cream cheese wontons that maybe have real crab. Nothing else notable really, drinks like the Elote one just taste like mezcal which I love but for $20 and the sell of an elote type drink it didn't come through. We've tried so many well reviewed restaurants at this point I think this is probably up to most places standards and flavors but I think it really lacked any complexity. Also service was just OK. Barely attentive, drinks took around 10-15 minutes each time and they were not busy. I don't like to rag on restaurants but do want to give an honest opinion.

The food is always outstanding, you just have to be prepared to spend top dollar. The new building is stunning. Great night out.

My co-workers and I celebrated Christmas at Crustacean, and we all had a fantastic time. The food, wine, and atmosphere were excellent. It is a bit expensive, but I think it's worth it. I don't say that often. Please keep making each visit special for your guests. Our server, Zach, was great. He took good care of us, helped us choose our dishes, and made sure the wine matched the food perfectly. I look forward to visiting your restaurant again and will bring more friends!

Our first time at the new location, and it's such a new place! I love the bar area 😍 they have high/ low stools . I ordered the Tiger Prawns w/ the Garlic Noodles and the Seafood Fried Rice. The Raspberry Lemon Drop is a must try!! The bartender made it perfect 👌 😍 it was a bit of a challenge keeping track of or waitress ,she was all over the place 😉 but, we were finally able to order our food and make it the event on time.

A staple whenever we visit San Francisco! And it now has a new location in the Financial District with sleek interiors. Had the Dungeness crabs and garlic noodles - perfect! So good. We had to order an extra plate of the noodles. Service was great!

The food is exceptional and the space beautiful, but neither can mask the contempt and arrogance radiating from the front of house. The host’s rudeness, met with the manager’s subsequent indifference, undermines the entire team’s efforts (and their shot at a Michelin star). It’s tragic that their excellence is wasted at the door. Wayfare Tavern next door delivers warmth this place can only plate, not practice.

Wow. What can I say. If I could get a table I’d eat here every night. Garlic noodles with crab are must. Shrimp and lobster dumplings are insane. Among the finest restaurants in the world.
