You can't go wrong at Crustacean. I call it elevated Vietnamese cuisine. It's always a hit with friendly staff, great upscale vibe, excellent chef creations beautifully presented, and bar service rivaling top bars I've seen worldwide. This spot is in demand so make your reservations in advance.
Gorgeous restaurant serving modern Vietnamese food, specializing in crab.
We ordered a couple of cocktails which were all delicious, on the sweeter side, but that’s my preference anyways.
As for dishes, we did family style and had the bo kho dumplings (delicious), fried calamari (nothing special but still good), roasted cauliflower and Brussels (sweet and roasted), garlic crab with no shell (must order), garlic noodles (must order), shaken...
