The $9.00 dls sandwich was wrapped with plastic instead paper, the worst part it's to try to brake the plastic wrap in two piece pieces definitely I will not going back to get a sandwich again.

This is the best decaf oatmilk sugarfree latte I have ever had!!! The veggie bagel was fantastic!!! I am so glad I stopped in to this lovely cafe!!!!! I have to stop here before I go back home and come back here when I vacay in SF again!!!!!!!! Cozy!

Genuinely top tier service. I came in right before an appointment at UCSF medical center, and I got a great egg and cream cheese bagel — something off-the-menu I asked for and they happily obliged. The ladies working were incredibly polite. I rarely like to give reviews. This is a hidden gem. 5/5 on all aspects
