In many Asian households, the highest compliment for something that's supposed to be sweet is, "Yum, it's not too sweet!" Cuppa isn't enthusiastic about making sugary drinks according to a posted sign, which suits my palate just fine. Though their pretty ombre drinks are tempting (July4 is red, white, & blue, & Summer Sunsets is aptly named), I've always only ordered the unadventurous, but reliably delicious Decaf Jasmine Green Milk Tea with lychee jelly. I alternate between 50% and 75% sweet & honestly, they both taste similar & perfectly not-too-sweet for me. Love it, will continue to order it. I've yet to try their frozen yogurt, but I did buy Chicken Teriyaki Misubi (two pieces to an order) based on being told that it's made with chicken breast. Plot twist: it was made with chicken thigh, my least favorite piece. All good, they excel at making milk tea, & that's all that matters. I guess you could say Cuppa is my cuppa tea.

We've passed here hundreds of times but this weekend was our first visit. Came with kids. There were plenty of options for kids or adults, but really what impressed me most was how CLEAN every corner was. Bathroom too which gets even more points. I'm not sure what foot traffic is like on weekdays but it seemed big enough that it would be an ideal work spot for a bit.

I been to this boba shop once and I forgot to review it but if you want pretty gradient boba drinks this is the place to go. I got the coconut island drink with boba and some boba place you can hardly taste the coconut but this one actually had a strong taste of it. At the time I didnt get to try some of their snacks but really wish I did

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have table games like connect four, Jenga, happy salmon and more. The place is a cheerful and great for the whole family.
My favorite place to get drinks and lunch. They have the best boba drinks with variety of choices (I strongly recommend strawberry matcha or taro). Also the frozen yoghurt is delicious. Highly recommend this place!
The thai tea boba is very good and the food is on point companied by good service. I recommend getting the spicy crab musubi for new people

One milk tea and boba ran me almost $10 which wasn't very below average. The boba has a terrible consistency, I nearly spit it out after the first chew. Most places charge $6-8 with much better milk tea. I wouldn't go as far as to call this place a scam but that's how it felt.
