Didn’t have much vegetarian or seafood choices, and weren’t willing to customize the pastas to remove meat (“the chef won’t do it”). In particular they didn’t have any (!) vegetarian or seafood pasta. We ordered a seafood dish that said it has a type of small pasta, but we didn’t see any
The risotto and clams were good, and the flourless chocolate cake was phenomenal, so I’m giving it three stars overall!

Amazing foods. Loved eggplant crostini, papperdelle, and the super Tuscan. Then melted when we were doneable to try the butterscotch pudding- wow!

My wife and I had our 5th Anniversary dinner there this weekend - we loved every minute! The menu was exquisite, the service friendly and professional, and the ambience was so charming! The chef came out to greet us, and we complimented her on our wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend for a very romantic dinner!

Food was amazing! House made focaccia is a must. Everything was absolutely delicious from the sweet potato gnocchi to the halibut and the delicious risotto with bay scallops. We finished our dinner with the strawberry cake which was wonderful! Da Flora is quite the neighborhood gem. We are definitely coming back!

Wow what an amazing restaurant! The service was amazing, so friendly and attentive. The food was awesome! Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to decide. Got the beaded chicken filet, it was delicious! My wife got the meatballs and spaghetti, just as good. It's a difficult choice when in North Beach what is going to be a good Italian restaurant but Da Flora stands out. Also quaint atmosphere, nice and cozy. Also if you are going to a show at Bimbo's it's the perfect launching spot!

A trip back in history with its authentic settings. A very welcoming and friendly staff. Limited seating & small portion sizes, but the flavors & fresh ingredients were good.

I did not pay for the meal.
It would not be possible for me to afford a place like this on my budget.
Absolutely delicious, and worth every penny of somebody-else-not-my-money.

Came by here for dinner - lovely restaurant tucked away with a truly lovely staff and excellent wine selection - woefully limited vegetarian and poultry options (I ended up with a pretty simple salad while my dining companions indulged in truly beautiful dishes with long-braised meats and crispy bacon) and quite expensive for what it is. Tiramisu was to die for.
