Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. They verbally double checked which bagels I wanted. When I got home 1 bagels was wrong and I got 2 tubs of honey butter, not cream cheese. The bagels were decent but I'd be hesitant to go back for fear of not getting my order right.
Their bread is good (cracker thing is interesting) but not worth the effort since they skimp on the final assembly of the sandwich.
Really lazy, not worth coming back, I can get all this stuff at whole foods and make the same thing at home.
You want a good bagel shop? Look up knickerbockers bagel
