Food was excellent and the service was good. We had the tuna crudo, the chicken and pancetta agnolotti, and the langherino bottone, the cauliflower with pesto calabrese, as well as the panna cotta for dessert. The first four were excellent, and the dessert was good. The bottone was delightfully umami. The agnolotti was chewy and complex. Delfina has changed since our last time dining there about a year ago. Pizza was a major item on the menu; now it is almost gone. The patas also seem more limited. While the quality of the dishes is very good, the variety is lessened. Our server was excellent, informative and attentive. Having eaten a week ago at Che Fico in San Francisco I would not recommend Delfina over that restaurant.
First time back since they re-opened, and it was a delightful evening. The food was consistently delicious, and the service friendly and attentive (including the pace at which our courses were served). Highly recommend
