This is one of the loudest restaurants I've ever been to. I could not hear my friend at our table and felt like I was yelling just to have her hear me. It's loud, you can't think or hear yourself loud. Honestly, it ruined the entire experience for me. If you've never been here, ask to be put outside. Besides outside and the bathroom .. those were the two quietest areas. I would not come back which is a bummer because the menu and food choices were great
Local who hasn't been in a long time. Reminds me why the stalwart SF restaurants are still in business through hard times and good! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious-(Tomato, mozzerella appetizer, bread, pastas, cherry tomato pizza (will crave this and come back for it), and desserts. Kira our waitress enhanced our experience with her knowledge and great suggestions. No-one rushed us, and no plates were removed before we were done with a dish (pet peeves!), so...
Went to dinner there last night and it was so good. It has been on my list for some time. The crudo was fresh and flavorful. The octopus exceeded expectations and the Spaghetti Pomoro was just right. Will visit again for sure.
