The food's really good, and definitely a neat little experience. However, they only have 1 register, and were only taking about ~40 orders an hour. My party was in line for 90 minutes. If they had a second register (and an appropriately staffed kitchen), the queue wouldn't acrue, but as it stands it's basically Disney World simulator.
I stopped by Deli Board in San Francisco and it totally lived up to the hype. The sandwiches are huge, packed with high-quality meats, fresh bread, and bold flavors. You can tell they really care about the ingredients and the way everything is put together. The place is small but has a cool neighborhood vibe, and the service was friendly and quick. If you’re a sandwich lover, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city.
First time visiting Deli Board. Service was fine, wait time was long but to be expected. I got the Ron, the 555, and the fries with Mick sauce. The Ron was extremely bland, but the meat was tender and the bread held up well. The 555 was very flavorful, but lacking filling for $22. The waffle fries and sauce were mediocre at best—I’d recommend skipping those. All-in-all the food was ok, but not worth the price for the quality or quantity you receive.
