They keep gaslighting me and calling me racist names when I pickup my order. It's not funny. Can you tell your staff to stop saying for me to get deported and that they will call ICE on me. It's not cool. I would also like it if you weren't so rude to veterans. This older gentleman asked for a veteran discount and your employee laughed and said "sure buddy". The old man trying to be nice, pulled out his VA card to prove his case. Instead your staff and manager laughed at him and said it was a fake. I can't believe you guys treat our troops like that. Awful behavior, I don't think anybody should support their ableist, racist, anti-semitic practices, and would be better off trying another BBQ spot. (THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER ONES IN THE CITY) Also, I think one of your employees pulled a 'Waiting' on my chopped brisket because it looked so weird and goopy.
I am a huge Dickey’s fan. But this place is absolutely awful. I can’t figure out why Dickey’s , as a Company thinks it’s ok to have their name on this disaster.
There is no service. You are ignored completely basically as long as you’re willing to stand in total silence until you finally wander in back and yell for someone.
I ordered two large containers of their mashed potatoes casserole, which I love. When I finally went in the back and yelled for “anybody”, a girl came out with two bags. One obviously had my two containers of mashed potato casserole. She never acknowledged me and proceeded to put the bag in a zip up bag (there’s no warmer bin anywhere to keep pick up orders warm!!). I stopped her and said that’s my order. She never said anything just opened the zip up bag and pulled out the two orders and held them up. I pointed to the one with the two containers. She gave it to me. No thank you; no nothing. When I got in the car I opened one of the containers and it was half full! And cold. I was beside myself and had a long drive home so I just left as I knew I’d get no satisfaction. Plus I had been charged $8 more for the “pick up” order than at other Dickey’s in the Bay Area. When I got home I heated up a small bowl and sat down to enjoy them as usual. No way! There were large chunks of potato in them, no cheese, thick and gooey. Absolutely awful. $24 down the drain and all that aggravation! Then to top it off, I got quite sick about two hours later. Food poisoning for sure! I may sue! Certainly will never, ever go to this location again. I recommend you do the same.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place more chances.
Learn from my mistakes and order literally anything else.

I ordered ahead of time and arrived to a hollowed out restaurant. I genuinely thought I was going to be kidnapped. Also, for $30+ I got a tiny serving with the worlds dryest brisket, pulled pork so dry it looked more like dry spaghetti (I was able to twirl it around my fork), and the worlds funkiest most fowl smelling ribs I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. The Texas toast was soggy and sweet (store bought and not freshly toasted) and the Mac and cheese was the only semi-redeemable thing and that was mushy. The potatoes were also basically glue with little chunks of potato scattered in it, horrific to put in my mouth. I will never go back here again and if I could put a lower rating I would.

Is this how you treat local patrons? Such a shame. Order was canceled after the driver showed up to pick up the order. No communication whatsoever. Done.
Ammendment: Actually, after seeing the other reviews, it seems that the feedback is consistently more negative than positive. As a born southerner, I would LOVE to see this place strive. It's about more than just food...it's about a taste of home and something to bring happy memories of my childhood. I know that this has to part of your mission. Today, I am in bed.....sick.....and wanted a taste of home. I share this only to give you a view of what this disappointment ment for me.
Love this barbecue

How do you make chicken and briskets so dry. Dickeys isn’t the same as it used to be. I will never eat dickeys again. 100% gross

Ordered from Door Dash after bottle rock and I was so hungry I ordered more a second time. Really great BBQ. Didn’t know we had this place in the city. I use to go to the San Bruno location but it closed.

Ordered sides came with no utensils. Guess I was supposed to eat with my hands. No napkins. Thank goodness I'm in a hotel and had towels. Food cold. With all the negative reviews. I'm adding to it. Thumbs down

I ordered ubereats and usually it is so yummy but this time the pulled pork and ribs were so nasty I threw them up instantly. The macaroni and cheese and baked beans were great as usual and the baked potatoes were good. The meat tho was disgusting & disappointing.
