Dickey's Barbecue Pit

wish I could give this place zero stars I just ordered on doordash spent an hour waiting went through 4 dashers just for them to tell one of my dashers that my order was picked up already and they refused to remake it unless I payed again. And even tho I was currently at work they did not pick up the phone so I was unable to explain there was no way I could have gone to get my order. it was set for delivery they had multiple dasher show up asking if my order was ready showing them I haven’t received it and they just refused to remake it unless I payed again even through they gave it out to the wrong person just a load of BS!!

Dry meat, no bacon in the green beans with bacon, 2oz of sauce for a 3 meat combo??? Are you serious. Ribs were very tough towards the bottom.

I've had better experiences at Dickie's but have been super disappointed with my past couple of orders. The chicken breast was super dry, the ribs were tough on one side and moist on the other and nothing had any flavor. I doordashed a 3 meat meal and got ONE side of BBQ sauce. SMH! The side of beans weren't very good. The Best thing in my order were the fries. NEVER AGAIN! 🤨🙄😒

I haven't had Dickeys is years. When I saw it on the map I was so looking forward to eating there. The place is weird to say the least. I thought it was closed/abandoned. The food was nothing what I remembered it to be. We ordered plain sausage but got spicey. I alerted the waitress to it. She came over and scrapped the spicey sausage off my plate and came back with the plain! Not going back there.

I ordered 2 meat plate lunches for 15 recently. Parking is horrific in San francisco, but made it there on time for pick up. After waiting for 5 minutes without even acknowledging my presence the gal brought my food to the counter. I saw immediately that they were not boxed individually. Chicken in one container, mac and cheese in a container, beef in another. I explained that a mistake had been made. The gal just stated that it is what it is. I then asked about serving the food. She told me that everything was in the box.
I took everything to the jobsite and guess what? Not a single serving utensil to be found.
We managed, but I am very disappointed with the service. Although the food was pretty good, I won't be back.

Me and my son order dinner from here this place does not know how to make barbecue why would you want mac and cheese with green beans on it I asked for brisket and beans I got baked beans and mac and cheese the food was ultimately disgusting please do not go here

They keep gaslighting me and calling me racist names when I pickup my order. It's not funny. Can you tell your staff to stop saying for me to get deported and that they will call ICE on me. It's not cool. I would also like it if you weren't so rude to veterans. This older gentleman asked for a veteran discount and your employee laughed and said "sure buddy". The old man trying to be nice, pulled out his VA card to prove his case. Instead your staff and manager laughed at him and said it was a fake. I can't believe you guys treat our troops like that. Awful behavior, I don't think anybody should support their ableist, racist, anti-semitic practices, and would be better off trying another BBQ spot. (THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER ONES IN THE CITY) Also, I think one of your employees pulled a 'Waiting' on my chopped brisket because it looked so weird and goopy.

Made my pregnant wife throw up. Would not feed my dog here, potato was black & chicken cooked a week ago.

I am a huge Dickey’s fan. But this place is absolutely awful. I can’t figure out why Dickey’s , as a Company thinks it’s ok to have their name on this disaster.
There is no service. You are ignored completely basically as long as you’re willing to stand in total silence until you finally wander in back and yell for someone.
I ordered two large containers of their mashed potatoes casserole, which I love. When I finally went in the back and yelled for “anybody”, a girl came out with two bags. One obviously had my two containers of mashed potato casserole. She never acknowledged me and proceeded to put the bag in a zip up bag (there’s no warmer bin anywhere to keep pick up orders warm!!). I stopped her and said that’s my order. She never said anything just opened the zip up bag and pulled out the two orders and held them up. I pointed to the one with the two containers. She gave it to me. No thank you; no nothing. When I got in the car I opened one of the containers and it was half full! And cold. I was beside myself and had a long drive home so I just left as I knew I’d get no satisfaction. Plus I had been charged $8 more for the “pick up” order than at other Dickey’s in the Bay Area. When I got home I heated up a small bowl and sat down to enjoy them as usual. No way! There were large chunks of potato in them, no cheese, thick and gooey. Absolutely awful. $24 down the drain and all that aggravation! Then to top it off, I got quite sick about two hours later. Food poisoning for sure! I may sue! Certainly will never, ever go to this location again. I recommend you do the same.
