Temporarily CLOSED. Guys it’s not complicated to update your google maps to help people out…
SO good. So so so so good.
Love this place so much I got it catered for my civil wedding lol. Can’t go wrong with crispy tofu for vegetarians

It’s a little hidden but it’s such a great place to be, the neighborhood is nice and the food is great. My favorite is the special with the pork and shrimp spring rolls— and of-course their peanut butter sauce.

Best Bahn Mi west of the Mississippi. But that’s only because I consider Vietnam east of the Mississippi. But I guess that’s debatable.

Spring rolls are really good. They added green apple and mint for a twist and it made it great. The peanut sauce comes warm and thats a plus too. Really good.

Delicious fresh pork and shrimp spring rolls (the apple lends a unique flavour) and the watermelon lychee smoothie is so refreshing.
Wasn't a huge fan of the banh mi, but TBH, I'm not a big fan of it in general.

I usually go there since I work near by but today the girl in the counter was very rude. She was on her phone when taking our order and was raising her voice when doing so and giving a attitude. When the next person went who was ( white + older) she treated them way better with a good customer service. I don’t know if she was rude because I was younger but that is not acceptable. Made my whole day bad. Wish I could add her picture ( was Hispanic and short)

I enjoyed the watermelon drink. It was fresh-- not too sweet, but tasty. Shaking beef was good-- bun bread had good textures. I wasn't a big fan of pork one with pâté but would be interested in trying their different menu
Ordered a $13 lemongrass chicken sandwich and I got was carrots l. No pate, no meat, and not worth your time. Go to que huong on Irving street where the bahn mi is $7 for wayyyy more than you get here. ?

Not sure why it’s highly praised. Extremely expensive small banh mi ($12.75 pretax, closer to $15 after) and the meat is sparse. Drive a few more minutes into SF for way better food.

The sandwiches taste good but they recently increased prices to $14 per sandwich. Also this last sandwich had a bunch of beef grizzle and fat that couldn’t be chewed through. So an increase in price and decrease in quality… huge bummer. $6 banh mis exist a mile or two away
Tasteless spring rolls. Chicken and spring totally bland, veggies don’t taste fresh. With very low quality peanut sauce on top. Will not return.

Been coming here for years for good reason. The pork and shrimp springs rolls with peanut sauce are sublime. Paired with the also exquisite pineapple flavored potato chips…. You have a meal fit for a king…. Or whatever gender less/ nonbinary system of government you happen to identify with. Cheers!
