I just want to thank Santeria for having the best Latin food at the Castro!! I usually come in for their new Ensenada Fresca and I get some Mexican wings I shred up the chicken onto my salad then add me some pepper and ranch tossed on top. It’s my new year’s addiction besides that it’s helpful to my diet. Which I feel super fabulous and transformed once accomplished the magic works! My partner and I have made it a goal to eat here whenever we come to the Bay. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. Each plate provides its own unique flavor and they’re all great portions. We love the brunch, the drinks, and the staff. The owner is an absolute delight as well.

I loved all the appetizers we ordered. The corn, the potatoes bravas, the guacamole. I was a little disappointed with the Birria tacos, but that might just be a personal preference on the way the consomme is made. Overall the service was splendid..the folks who took care of us were lovely.
