Ordered the pork banh mi and it didn't taste fresh. Seems the recipe has also changed for it and it's less desirable. For $15 per sandwich, the value isn't there for me and I won't be back

This banh mi was absolutely delicious.
Great sandwich spot!
I’ll definitely be back!

Five stars all around! I have been coming here for years and absolutely love their vegan crispy tofu banh mi sandwich and their vegan crispy tofu and taro spring rolls with vegan fish sauce! It always hits the spot. To avoid wait time, order ahead for pick up!😄

Such a cute storefront for Vietnamese food. It’s right next to my church and I thought I’d try it today. My husband and I shared the grilled chicken and shaking beef bahn mi sandwiches. And boy were they fire!!! The meat was high quality and tender and juicy. The bread they used was amazing too, fresh and crunchy. You could tell all the ingredients they used were of high quality. Service was quick and staff were really nice. Highly recommend for a lunch stop!!

It is very good, though I usually go to the one in Pacifica.

Small hole in the wall stand ... but stands out above the rest. These Vietnamese sandwiches are amazing and so delicious. A bit higher priced than many stores, but absolutely delicious and flavorful. The watermelon smoothie was also very tasty.

Giant flavorful bahn mi’s with fresh ingredients. It’s big enough to split with two people but it was so good I devoured it myself in one sitting. My only gripe, the bread isn’t that soft. But that’s what happens when you eat a bahn mi sandwich sometimes. They have really great spring rolls too. Definitely worth the drive to lakeside.

Delicious Vietnamese sandwiches and fresh spring rolls. The summer rolls are large, generous and very tasty, recommended with the traditional peanut sauce

This sandwich was pretty underwhelming to say the least. Saw decent reviews of “huge portions and modest prices” so I decided to check it out while in the area. I thought the long line/wait was a good sign. The surrounding area is cute.

The sandwich was modest, nothing even close to impressive despite their name (which is fine all things considered but a little misleading given the name and the reviews).

Bread was good. Soft yet crunchy exterior. Not much flavor in the sandwich other than that (we got chicken). Hate to knock this place but for the price and the wait, you’re better off going to pretty much any other shop that sells Banh mi in the city. There’s another spot down the block for a few bucks cheaper I’d rather try next time than get this again.
