The tilapia curry reminded me of home. The food was delicious although a bit more oily than preferred.

Tried to order this restaurant thru DoorDash on my lunch break and the app stated they were remaking my order but cancelled on me twice. Now I don’t have a lunch to eat.

It doesn't look like much on the outside but inside it is quite nice. Nothing fancy but kind of cozy. The food was great, prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. The naan was delicious.

Seems like a family owned place. Had a Veg thaali, malai kofta with rice and samosa chaat.
Samosa chaat was so friggin good, the best I've had in my life. Thaali came with dal, non-blended palak paneer, cucumber+carrots, rice and naan and it was the best thaali I've had so far. Loved the palak paneer. The kofta was so tasty too. The kofta gravy smelled a little oily but it was still really good.
10/10 place. The restaurant was pretty empty though. No idea why. If you're in SF, this place is a must visit for good meals.

MINUS RATING FOR SERVICE
FOOD-AVERAGE
NOT VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN
I went to this restaurant with 2 of my friend and we ordered steamed veg momo.
It took 25 minutes to get one plate of momo.
As we were expecting the chutney to be as spicy as the authentic chutney, but it didn’t reach our expectation.
Chutney was too bland.
We asked for chilli oil, rather they had chilly sause, which was not what somebody would prefer with momo.
Service was extremely slow.
Server BINU had some problem in understanding and calculating as she later had problem calculating the total amount as well.
Minu took good 10 minutes to get the chilly sause after we were served hot momo.
By the time she came we were done with half of the portion as we were 3 of us and really starving.
Half of the momo were not even in shape.
Filling was coming out.

Been here couple of times for Takeout. Had Gobi Manchuiran, chicken biryani. Both were perfect cooked with flavors in them and enough portion too. I love their ambience. Clean and hygiene. Front staff were welcoming and good. No chaos as most restaurants have.

I recently had surgery on my esophagus, so I can't eat chilis or black pepper. Honestly I shouldn't have gone to an Indian restaurant in the first place, but I was invited by some friends.
I explained my situation when I ordered and asked if I could order dal without chilis or spices, and they told me they could. But when they brought out my dal, it was spicy and had full black peppercorns in it. They also messed up my friend's order and forgot our appetizers.
